Why does it seem like there's so little right wing art? Is it just companies being selective with what's funded/published?
That plus right wingers get selectively filtered out of every single art very hard before they're even able to start their career. It's like Hitler getting kicked out of art school except now they aren't even able to apply.

My tinfoil-tier theory is that this whole idea of "art is useless liberal bullshit!!!" that pervades conservatives was deliberately seeded in order to enable the left to subvert culture at their leisure. I can't strictly prove that, but given that the left has functionally controlled culture unopposed since the 60's at least, and that RWers have only just recently started pushing back, it sure seems a touch too convenient to be entirely coincidental.

@Giganova8 @hidden @Saber Whether or not creative types are inherently more inclined to be left-liberal or not is an interesting question, but today's extreme dominance by the left of the entertainment industry certainly didn't come about naturally. Controlled opposition downplaying the value of art within our crowd is one thing, but extensive blacklisting of anyone even slightly right-leaning definitely played a major role.
