That's the trap with social programs. It doesn't matter how much money you put into it, it will end up in such a shape, that is useless for everyone.

I had many rants about public healthcare, but the short is, that I haven't seen a doctor in about 5 years, and I am done with them. I have a friend who studied to be a vet, and I go to her instead.
Because it's fucking safer then touching the socialized shit ever again.
