Because now, that somehow our team got placed under US managers, they are so fucking lost over our cultural standards. ![]()
it’s a middle management issue too: people in largely useless positions have to invent ways to make themselves necessary, and to look good to their superiors they have to change things at random and look like they’re doing something
though having middle managers who look like that sure doesn’t fuckin help
