The English voice for Zelda is such garbage. You get a nice girl voice in Japanese that's relative matched in French (Both French and French Canadian are the same VA?), both Spanish, German, Italian and even Russian
But nope, the English one has the worst voice and acting of them all.... I'll just play in French

Was she told to sound as annoyed and disinterested as possible?
@LukeAlmighty Everyone hated English Zelda from the initial BotW release. There were videos comparing them and she's the worst

@coolboymew @LukeAlmighty Like I'd say it's pure bad casting at this point.
@lanodan @LukeAlmighty it definitively is. Shortly after we got Xenoblade 2 that had ungodly bad casting on top of VAs who can't do anime BS at all. The English VA can't act as a flustered tsundere to save her life

But yeah, that's why I choose the French voice, it's quite well acted and it sounds great
