I hate asking for vacation.
All work should be either hourly or per task. This shit of "I won't work for these few days, but pay me" is weird, and it also limits the days I can "not work" drastically.
@LukeAlmighty It's a lot easier to standardize, which is necessary if you want to make overarching workers' rights laws and imlpementations.
