Yes. It is perfect... until Golden wind, where the author decided, that well defined powers are actually too boring for him.

@LukeAlmighty Hamon as a technique had a fairly good foundation to build upon, it is both "possible" and "impossible" since it is a learned/unlocked tech, but can also be passed on to offspring as a trait should the user be powerful enough to, it can also do immense amounts of crazy shit and kill vampires.
