My least favorite #ADHD trapping: Aw man I want to take stab at trying to learn 'X' again. Okay instead of picking up where I left off or with what I know, let's start from the very beginning going over things I already know. Which leads me to getting bored and not stimulated mentally, losing interest in 'X'. Finally me losing interest in 'X' and ultimately feeling like a failure for not being able to focus and accomplish goals.
