Riding (random enemy monsters) mechanics should be extremely limited in games. Yes, it is entertaining to do once in a while, but I am playing Lords of shadows now, and it feels, like Dracula himself is best known for his circus performance as an animal tamer.

I mean...
These monsters wanted me dead 3s ago, and now, they are ready to genocide their own bloodline, because I got on their back? Come on, that is just immersion suicide.

@LukeAlmighty Monster Hunter Rise did it really well, you get a few attacks out on other monsters and then ram them headfirst into a wall.
@grey @LukeAlmighty It is simple to do and a joyride once you're up, world did something close but the shit you have to pull it off is much more complicated, atleast when you're playing on keyboard and mouse

@Curvin @grey
Yeah, it was great in world, because there, you're just holding onto a wild beast, as it should be.

@LukeAlmighty @grey You have a point, but at the same time it's too fun to ride ontop a Rathalos just to slam the sonofabitch right into a cliff face, all it would take to complete the experience is intense banjo music and it would be PERFECT.

@grey
I hate it there too...
It would be great, if it happened once in 5 hunts, not 3 times per hunt.
