I really have no clue who will win the #BestAnimeGirlTourney, though I suspect it will be either a Loli or a Fluffy Tail girl. I remember once setting up a Best KonoSuba Girl poll, and Megumin absolutely stomped (for the record, I consider Megumin to be Mid, even for a Loli), and the Fluffy Tail Frens had an incredible showing during my best vidya girl tournament.
So right now, my money would be on either Megumin, Shinobu (who easily won a big Bakemonogatari poll), Holo or Senko winning the tournament, but the eventual seeding will probably give me a better idea of who could claim victory.

Megumin is anything but mid. She might be one of the most charismatic anime characters of all time IMHO. A pure dreamer with the most reletable ambition you can imagine.
@LukeAlmighty Her design is mid to me, and that's one hell of a hurdle to overcome. I'll save my full case against her for when she goes up against a girl I really like.
