can't even speedrun the annual anti-bribery and anti-harassment trainings because there's unskippable videos this year :angrynoises:

Somehow, I cannot believe any psychologist thought, that torturing racists with a niggers face shown as a reason for this torture... will reduce the racism.

@LukeAlmighty I find these trainings telling you to rat each other out for uncouth jokes to be much eviler than the jokes themselves. What's funny is these never applied to me because my understanding of professionalism is mostly about doing your job and only doing your job and otherwise shutting the fuck up entirely. I just don't want it to be my job to get hectored by these people all fucking day.

Yes, obviously I agree.

It kinda reminds me of a reddit post about a guy, who got reported for refusing to make smalltalk with women at his job.... -_-

I will link it, if I find it, but the point simply is, that this shit is unsustainable anyway, and in 20 years, we're going to end up in segregated work spaces again anyway.

@LukeAlmighty I think this shit where people are supposed to socialize at work, and of course that means bringing in their cringe politics, is retarded. I currently work remotely, and I'm not attending these Zoom meetings to make friends. I'm attending them to make money. Bringing up things like race politics or abortion or whatever else has habit of limiting who you can do business with. Who you can make money with. In a professional context I don't give a fuck who you are as long as you're giving me money.

I legitimately don't understand how millennials and zoomers manage to fuck this up, but we totally did. It's not just one, but two full generations of people who just don't want to do business. For some reason.

Hey, I am an autistic guy, who hates women. I get this mindset completely.

I still attend the company parties to "look promotable" but that's it.
