@sapphire Both options are bad, at this point we're content to have the boots be as incompetent and hobbled as possible. I'd like a fantasy world where white guys could subvert the system from within by hiding their powerlevel and climbing the ranks to exert influence inside the regime, but.....come on. That's a tall order

Yes, but the army is not the plave to do that. We need to take the culture and at least some parts of the economy first.
Also, you have to find a way to survive the cutthroat political environment first.
