I didn't watch this vid but I gather it's something abt a dumb girl not being parented correctly and wasting money on $6 fast fashion slop while giving away her identity. She's gumb, yeah, but she's just a punk teenager and you can't expect her to know anything more than what you teach her yourself.
But lazy parents think that their kids will pick up everything by osmosis as they simply exist in the "real world".

No. It is not intuitive, and literally 80% every rule has an exception for an exception.
An equivalent of social security here is a birth number, and it's on your ID card. Yet, I was asked by fucking McDonalds to include it in a job aplication. Well, what the fuck are you supposed to do then, when the alternative is no job? And I don't even think they wanted to scam me. They just needed to do some checks or something.
Also, kids are told literally since primary school to always just fill in the form. There was never a class on not filling the form 
Well, I guess the parents did get the point that day though.
