Well, an year ago, my mom had a stroke. She does seem mostly fine, but she keeps saying, that she cannot work, because her head just isn't what it used to be.

She says, that she is really slow to learn stuff. She cannot focus properly, especially on math. She is tired, but cannot sleep etc....

But, after that, she said, that when she focuses for too long, her head starts to hurt. I said, nah, that's normal. Even I get that....
And she looked at me horrified, when I described the exact part of the brain she feels when she focuses.

Well....... She says, that it is somehow NOT normal, to feel pain after long sessions of intense thinking, and that I should seek a doctor.

:blobcatdunno: :blobcatdunno: :blobcatdunno: What the fuck is going on? :blobcatdunno: :blobcatdunno: :blobcatdunno:

@LukeAlmighty The fact that you apparently have the same pain as a stroke victim. That part doesn't sound good. Also, I can't say I get headaches from thinking, only from bad posture or caffeine withdrawal.

Well, maybe if I wasn't told the good old joke of "thinking hurts", I would not think IT WAS NORMAL!!! :omegalul:
