Ugly Hollywood theory. After MeToo there is no motivation for movie producers and directors to select pretty women over woke choices anymore.

No, most of them are still payed upfront. And, since you obviously think: "why not ask for a percentage of profits" Well, it's because it's the dumbest thing you can do in that industry.
