Nah, that is what happens to every new tool.
The moment smartphones came out, the internet got flooded by selfies, and it took +5 years to calm the fuck down.
But now, young teens know more about photography, then most millenials who claimed to LOVE it as their main hobby.

BTW, my view is highly squed by being the first gen Z growing up among millenials.
What do I mean? That I grew up with the first gen brain rot. But, with it came a skill set, that the current generation was still waiting for.
I remember about 4th grade (a LOOOONG time ago), we were given a class on doing research. The entire class. Every single one of them were given 45 min to complete tasks, and they DID need at least 30 to complete it.
Meanwhile, I was done in 5. How? Because I fucking knew how to use ctrl+f and page layout correctly.
So, to this day, I am seriously vigilant to the fact, that each generation does grow up with a completely incompatible skill sets.
For instance, I had a HUGE problem with writing, because teachers kept on critiquing the way I wrote paragraphs. It took months, until one teacher noticed and outright told me, that skipped lines are used ONLY in computer generated text, while normal text uses "tabs" instead. Noone even bothered to say these words before, because it was "obvious".
