Because content warnings don't have levels.
NSFW, Spoilers, NSFL etc should NOT look the same at the first sight.

Yeah, OP did his job.
But, the grayed out image is just saying "something interesting is here", so you click it automatically.
If NSFL had red corners though, you would know not to click it even without reading.
