@LukeAlmighty @philmchawk @Dudebro @KuteboiCoder I don't find it too much a waste of time considering I've finished my weekend work and have nothing better to do. I find occasional utility in turning my thoughts into coherent paragraphs, though perhaps it would be better not to plaster each draft on my follower's timeline.

Anyway going back to autism, it's frustrating because I think I have the reverse-autism autism when it comes to conversing. When people speak to me, I enjoy the search for meaning. There will always be a difference between what is said versus what is meant due to the limitations of language. That's why I learn many different languages. If I were to go to Brasil and then get mad when I didn't understand people, that'd be pretty damn foolish and would rightfully be my fault. Likewise, it'd be the same in English if I somehow didn't understand what someone was saying due to minor semantic anomalies, or word choice or pronunciation etc.

In my life, I've had conversations with many autists both irl and online. In those conversations, I've had people get very upset and (from my perspective) refuse to understand my point because of quite inconsequential things like using affect rather than effect, or using a general term like airplane when it was acktually a Mi-24P Hind-F helicopter 🤓. These are the moments which make me realize most autistic people add nothing of value to my life. They claim intelligence and logic as a cope to hide their near universal thin-skin. Want to be respected? Become an idiot savant. Paint a giant mural, or invent a more efficient alternator or something. All that massive intellect doesn't amount to jack or shit unless you can back it up with something of value.

Thanks for the advice, but achievements lead nowhere. I used to be that kind of full dive autist for most of my life, but the rewards were so pathetic, that I just threw in the towel, and started focusing on the exact "problem" you were complaining in the very first post. How to benefit from the current shattering of society to form an actual social groups, that are not toxic to autists.

@veff @Dudebro @philmchawk @KuteboiCoder
And don't worry. I do understand your point of "missing empathy leading to us destroying the social cohesion as well as wasting resources and potential benefits that could be created if society wasn't split over these barely people"...

I just don't like it. Especially, since all most autistic people need is a bit of understanding and a shared space that would help them form more insular communities.

@LukeAlmighty @veff @Dudebro @KuteboiCoder Except we do understand you and know what you need. The problem is allowing normies access around you (IE phones/internet) not you existing in your bedroom and online. Autistic people need to get past their main character syndrome and realize when people talk about taking away the internet/phones they mean more for normies. The internet is the perfect neurodivergent pleasure trap, it should have been left like it was in the 90's instead of making it colorful for normies though, that was the problem.

I am literally not talking about internet as a pleasure trap, but as a community forming tool. :pepeFacepalm:

@LukeAlmighty @Dudebro @veff @KuteboiCoder tomato tomato, the point is your prefer the internet to real life even if real life wasn't shit. If it was the 1960 with great communities and social interaction you would still want to be online.

@philmchawk @Dudebro @veff @KuteboiCoder
How stupid are you?
Do you setiously believe, that people on internet cannot ever meet in real life?
