As a child I read American Girl Magazine at my local library. They had a section for publishing letters from their readers, and there were many that said "my dream is to be the first woman president." I thought about those letters, those girls, a lot leading up to this election... and I'm thinking about them a lot now. Those girls were my age, we are all adult women now. Their goals have likely changed since then, but they have yet to see another woman succeed. And the young girls of today have yet to see a woman succeed.

This is all I can say about the election at this point.
