@seatree I don't get it. What part of cold war ended? West was still spitting on Russia, while Russia was getting insulated. Both sides arming themselves to oblivion.
@LukeAlmighty@seatreeThe cold war ended, the 90's russia and china were fairly distracted. Cold war part 2 very much is a thing, but Putin isnt the soviets(making allot of computer and space science progress) and china is doing a new thing.
