I was just thinking about the PE classes right now.
Once per week, for an hour. What format? Either A: Ungraded pedal to the metal. B: Graded Pedal to the metal. Or C: Collective sports.
Collective sports were pain in many ways, so analyzing that mucus of a time waster would be on an entire post on it's own. So, what was the rest? Once per week 100%......
Do you see the issue? It is literally the worst thing you can do when trying to excersise. Everyone with even 1% of knowledge will tell you to never go 100%, especially once. It is the ultimate recipe for burnout. And yet, most coaches will tell you, that people come in overmotivated, and don't show up the next week. Guess fucking why? Because they weren't even told, that something as medium intensity even exists.
