@WhitestTemplar @LukeAlmighty @basedasian One of the things they used to tell vegetarians and vegans about was making sure they get "complete protein" (all nine essential amino acids) and enough of it, which is harder than you'd think without proper diet planning. People started using that as an argument against the diet so the concept got buried from the more normie-tier discussions of the diet's reality in favor of feels-based ethics discussions. And that's before getting into stuff like B12, Retinol, Creatine, Carnitine, and on and on.
Ovo-lacto vegetarians won't struggle so much, but that's rare now because the vegan pulpit bullies people into thinking it's the only option since it's a religion now.
