It's okay, but not the legendary show that some "anime-boomers" make it up to be.

If I were to rate it, I would give both world building and character designan S tier, but the short stories format killed all potential for a deeper story. And wothout that, you have just a ton of concepts hanging with no hope of ever being explored.
It has that "way past cool" feeling going on, but I do think it has flaws as well.
@grips @Jens_Rasmussen I tried it twice, and I do plan on finishing ot, but I cannot focus on it long enough...
And that's a shame, since it's really great.
I just watched it a month ago with a friend and I've been missing out, it's almost a masterpiece
