@Sultry @grey it's too early to call it but if this doesn't stop it could lead to an even bigger tech crash than just the AI bubble.
Think about it. Vibe code and general jeetery will inflate already ridiculous memory reqs even more, RAM stays unavailable, people "upgrade" to new devices with less RAM over time and then the web becomes entirely unusable. As do chromecasts, TiVos or whatever they call them, smart TVs, etc. Just doesn't work, slow as molasses.
What then?
