Ya know, the more I use Telegram especially the more I feel the positive side of eugenics is also hugely relevant and I fail to see why my friends object to it, encouraging the best and brightest to reproduce and pass it on, yes incentives ala NS Germany are great but the thing is the best of us would need them less so we'd still have the same issue, not sure how I'd go about extra encouragement there (not saying force), but it is 100% needed, If the NPC state is a spiritual affliction well the best and brightest sure as hell aren't NPCs either so that'd also even out.

The problem is, that the west tried and failed miserably on the IQ test of constructing an indirect framework.

At exactly the time that was going on, the same people pushing for it were talking constantly about overpopulation and framing it solely as a white issue. Look at Paul Ehrlich, look at Soylent Green, etc. The Forever War, written in the same era, talked (disapprovingly) about the government pushing homosexuality as a way to reduce the excess population. (((They))) wanted to reduce the population of high-IQ competitors. Arguably, even a lot of the early funders of public schooling themselves were oligarchs looking to stunt their future competition.
The real eugenics practiced by the west was its' public execution of criminals practiced for several hundred years. It didn't promote the highest end, but it wiped out the lowest end of the bell curve.
