I just saw a video comparing looksmaxers to beauty influences, just clearly stating the fact, that it's the exact same behavior.
And the insane amount of hate and ridicule in the comment shook me. Do you girls seriously hate women so much? Don't you always say, how you want men to take care of themselves in the same way as women do? And yet, once they do, you don't take a single millisecond delay before calling them gay.

I actually believe that one. ironically enough...
This is one insane lesson I took from cosplaying. I used makeup to look 30 years older for a con, with gray hair and everything. And I shit you not, by the end of the day, I unironically thought "Damn, I am getting too old. Where did my youth even go...." And in the morning, when I looked into a mirror after taking it down, I actually didn't recognize my 28yo self.
Seeing a reflection throughout the day of someone different does fuck with your head man
