Position name: IT Administrator

What do they actually expect me to do? An IT support for customers... I can live with that. But that's definitely not what I expected.

> User has an internet connection issue. What do you do?
Me: I try to instruct user to do a trace route
Them: WRONG!!! You have to connect to them remotely.

I think I do not want this job anymore...
