I went into the movei expecting nothing, and the opening 30 minutes were extremely slow and anoying. Atmosphere was just "jumpscare bait" most of the time, and don't expect any level of psychological horror. Even the moments that did hit were just so awfully timed, that you get bored of them, even before the moment itself is over.

That all being said, the payoff in the movie was truly satisfying. Not only was a black guy a total villain, but also you see a shrink scream her lungs out admiting to her scam of soft lies that lead them both to that place.

So, (even if unintencionally), the entire ending was satisfying, hitting the right notes for that little happyness.

Is it worth the money? Nah... But it wasn't insulting. And that is rare these days.
