Oh, I disagree.
We need roads everywhere. And I am more than happy to let the cyclists roam the roads, as long as they follow the insanely complex rule of: DON'T RIDE ON SIDEWALK YOU ASSHOLE!!!

Although, few have shown the brainpower needed to recognize the difference.
