it's only been a few hours and they're already starting to get cocky, though i think it's just a few faggots and that's it. i don't think this current crop of dem politicians are going to engage in woke shenanigans and they seem more moderate because they know where that got them. i also don't really think rainbow capitalism is ever coming back either like how we've seen in the 2010's - i don't think that same energy is there regardless of who's in office. people just want stability and i wouldn't be surprised if the current dem leadership will be much more socially conservative even if we get a dem president in 2 years. the far-left is pretty much over i think and the wokies blew it; to get where they were back in 2014 they would need a "sexual revolution" and decadence from decades of a previous "good economy" neither things we have today plus millennials are aging out of that shit and i definitely don't think zoomers and gen alpha are in the same spirit. also, a "sexual revolution" isn't happening anytime soon given current male-female relations and the growing TERFism in women as they get older which is also bad for the troon agenda, hell the entire lgbtq+ and greater sex-positiive agenda. no, this new dem party is going to be boring and the previous out of control 90's and 00's party clinton and 2010's obama gay-lovin' woke iterations are history that the current party will most likely distance itself from.

@GrungeQueef
Rainbow capitalism is literally just as strong as it ever was. We've barely slide off the peak.

What do you mean it's not "comming back"?

@LukeAlmighty we haven't seen many rainbow logos these past few junes and i haven't heard much about pride since either 2003 or 2004. a lot of fags on twatter are saying it feels dead all of a sudden. many far-left fags were critical of the "rainbow capitalism" of the 2010's because they felt like it was blatant exploitative capitalist pandering for money and now that it's mostly gone they are saying they miss it. some are now realizing that they pissed a ton of social capitalism by being all obnoxious and woke, but that's only the ones that are now hyper-aware of how much they've lost.

@GrungeQueef
Is the ESG gone?
Or do companies still feel empowered to discriminate against your kind?

@LukeAlmighty yeah, if the dems want to bring it back, it's an uphill battle i think. shit like this takes decades and the excesses alienate a ton of people when they peak. the blowback against target and budweiser were massive and it pushed things away from corporate pride real, REAL fast. people were sick of it and no longer afraid of speaking out for fear of getting cancelled, then again MAGA and Fuck Joe Biden were also at their peak at that time and Kid Rock really led things forward in the budweiser boycott.
@LukeAlmighty things only snowballed further with Trump's second win and his hard attack on corporate DEI policies
@GrungeQueef @LukeAlmighty he still didn't go hard enough. They are still doing it and worse raping basically everyone with overpriced goods and services.

@GrungeQueef
Sure, If you put a negative form of a term, then obviously you get a negative result.

Noone calls it rainbow capitalism in order to praise it. They hate the C word to begin with. Now, they call it bridge for example.

But the discrimination is still there and legal, so I really hope your entire point isn't just death of last wave marketing.
