@georgia They can have access to it but do they actually use it.
And not to mention one of the biggest problems they have is the caste system that hinders them from doing anything consistently productive.
They will continually be stuck as a second world country until they can solve that issue.
@Mr_NutterButter most of them use it, yes. if you had access to a toilet wouldnt you use it? Indians are subhumans theyre just like everyone else. the varna system is a problem still but not nearly as much as it used to be.
