So Tim Waltz was a part of one of the most obvious and largest fraud rings of the last several decades, likely one of the ringleaders if not in charge of the whole thing, which I suspect involved him skimming off the top of all the earmarked "child care" money before sending it off to Somali's, who then sent it off to Al Shebab. The scope of the money stolen leads me to believe that the Minnesota taxpayer was likely one of, if not the biggest funding source for Al Shebab, likely for several years.
