Why are conservatives obsessed with saving unborn babies while proudly paying for animals that were already born to be murdered at every meal? And then bragging about it?

So this is my question if your standard is life and intelligence: should it be illegal to eat farm animals or should that be legal and we can kill 3 year old children?

I mean if your standard isnt human or not and you are ok with eating steak and killing animals to eat, the average farm animal is as intelligent as the average 3 year old. I know people say "slippery slope isnt an argument" but all this stuff comes down to a slippery slope on 10 years.

@a7 @igeljaeger I'm confused. You're agreeing with me or not? You said before that a farmed animal has the same intelligence level as a 3 year old which I agree with. We should not kill either of them.

I mean we probably shouldn't, but my point is the path we go down when we start valuing life on only intelligence. It's a bad path and a dangerous direction. We should preserve and protect the life we can.
