I'm constantly surprised that people don't get this. When you have cities burning and shit, no you're not allowed to be anywhere else besides indoor at home. Authorities, whether it's police or national guard, have NO WAY of knowing whether you're some punk that is looking to start up trouble in the suburb or if you live there. "kill" implies intent. "kill" = murder for most people. Involuntary manslaughter is not the same as murder.
Saying "the cop killed the guy" is the type of bs that incites the riots we're currently witnessing. The words we use matter.
