Wait until the 5000 series hits market (if you're looking for desktop that is). Not sure what's happening with the laptops.

If you're gonna overclock, get one with X at the end of the name, if not, just decide if you need low end (Ryzen 3), middle (Ryzen 5), high end (Ryzen 7) or overkill (Ryzen 9).
