unpopular opinion
all cosplays with wigs are trash. you should only be able to cosplay with your own hair. can’t pull off the look with styling/cutting/dyeing it? then don’t fucking do it.

@theblessing what do you have against wigs? what if the wig was made with a person's own hair?
(unrelated video on the many wigs there are. this person quit maybe a year or two ago over threats but they appear to be back in action. these are older vids tho.)

She's right though, most cosplays done with wigs look bad, and end up ruining the cosplay. Maybe if it was done with actual hair, they'd look better, idk enough about wigs. But they usually look like plastic.
