Only think I would have celebrated is if there were some real investigations regarding the election. Neither of them would do the country any good as president if there isn't indisputable proof a fair and transparent election would have chosen him.
I've even said it before, if Trump somehow managed to keep the office, I expected of him to push for investigations into the election so it can be fucking proven he was a legitimate president.
In any case, anyone in Europe celebrating the warmonger interventionist candidate stealing the election from the non-interventionist candidate should have their brain checked.
