you arent a fucking lawyer. im not going to pretend i am either, but i do not appreciate someone flailing their arms asserting that x is y because they think x should be y, despite preliminary sources disagreeing with you. pornography has a nuanced definition in the eye of the law, so does obscenity, so does consent. youre entirely ignoring that with the way you handle situations like this.

@p @Joqlom @administrator @modfaggotry and to clarify my stance on nudist photography specifically: art has the right to offend. the only thing that matters in a legal context is whether consent was given by the subject, and i strongly believe in the importance of consent, regardless the photographic matter, regardless the age of the subject.

I haven't seen the picture so it's hard to say for sure, but as far as I can tell "it's just nudism" sounds like a cheap excuse pedo's would use to post something.
If it's a landscape picture, of a nudist beach let's say, with hundreds of people in the background, some of which will inevitably be children, then sure. I think the "nudism" angle can hold. But something tells me this wasn't what this is.
If it's a close up, with only a few people, with children in clear view, "nudism" isn't why it was posted here. It can still be that the picture was initially part of a set, the author made as an art piece, to portray the practice of nudism or whatever. But it wasn't why it was posted here.
