People keep talking about this, but since what happened on the 6th, I'm personally not surprised nor worried that they choose to keep some extra protection until the inauguration, to prevent a repeat of the Capitol takeover.

What I will find worrying and a sign of trouble, is if the military sticks around long after Biden assumes office.
