Take the worst stereotypes you've heard from right-wingers about socialized healthcare, and double, no triple them. The quality of healthcare is bad. As for the drugs available, I don't think there's any chance to get anything powerful enough to actually get high. Don't think I've heard of oxycodone over here for example.

Don't remember if he has a video specifically made about the healthcare system, but I know he talks about it from time to time from the perspective of a doctor. Vee is a pretty good source to learn about the life of an average Romanian.

These days he took over This Week In Stupid from Sargon (he even uses the same outro song) and does regular 1-hour long livestreams. I think he might do them daily even, but sometimes he deletes them immediately, so he won't get Youtube strikes. And also has a secondary Lack Of Entertainment channel he uses to talk about different stuff regarding games, movies, shows etc.
I really need to go check up on his later videos. I always had a soft spot for Vee and I used to hate it how people would spin what he would say out of context despite the fact that they all knew English was his second language.
