For cross-platform I recommend Feedly. Android-only I use FeedMe, or if you want FOSS, find Feeder on F-droid.
If you have a Kindle, set-up your own Calibre server to fetch the RSS feeds and send them to your Kindle email address, so your device can then download them from Amazon servers when it syncs.

The Calibre server approach can be done for Kobo devices too, but it gets a bit more complicated since you need to patch the firmware, and install KOReader. But afterwards it gets better, cause you can use KOReader to connect directly to your Calibre server.
