I have trouble thinking of aliens as animals. For me the defining feature of animals would be non-sentience, but if there are intelligent aliens out there, then they'd be something different from Earth animals.

@alyx @crunklord420 the defining feature of animals is that they are not humans. Also, she is modelled after a jap, which is on thin ice for being human, but the "blindness" or other non-human feature pushes her over the edge. I have no idea how you could consider that a person
