Out of all the conspiracy theory "arguments", the "jet fuel can't melt steel beams" is the most hilariously stupid imo.
It doesn't take an university degree to realize that you can compromise the structural integrity of a metal object well before melting it. Look at how a blacksmith heats up a piece of metal to soften it and shape it much easier.

@alyx do not look at the third building. that one blowing up at the same time was pure freak coincidence DO NOT LOOK AT IT what are you aaaaaaa
@alyx >take a university degree

you sad little person. here, you like appeals to authority? i direct your attention to the years long university of alaska study that concluded the same thing the Conspiracy Theorists have been saying all along about world trade center 7 (the one that wasn't hit by a plane)

also please see ae911truth.org

(architects and engineers, people with university degrees)

that's your ticket down the rat hole, if you want to follow it to the inescapable conclusion, although i don't have high hopes for you

as for your comment about softening a piece of metal vs melting it, that's the point- you can soften it but not melt and aerosolize it with hydrocarbon fuels burning in air.

and it takes a blazing hot fire burning in ideal conditions with air to even approach plastic deformation

what happened to the towers and building 7 was instantaneous and complete loss of all structural integrity. only possible with localized melting. not plastic deformation.
