Yes it is. All forms of authoritarianism are always bad. Anything that restricts liberty is inherently bad. You might have situations where a restriction of rights and liberties is a necessary evil, like when during a war you need to restrict the press so that military secrets don't leak out, but that doesn't make it a good thing.

Protecting western interests by authoritarian means implies "promoting" western values by means of force and coercion. But since "western values" mainly consists of freedom and liberty for all individuals, you're literally creating a paradox. You can't have freedom through authoritarianism.
Even in the situation, where it's literally a government in favor of white people's prosperity in their own countries?
As opposed to the anti-white ones we have now?
If the current authoritarian governments were for the protection of western interests, would you really be saying the same thing?
