today in godot: ah shit organizing files is hard and moving them around afterwards is also hard.

i started with a "UI.tscn" and its code is in "UI.gd" but then i started switching over to PAC and now its "Game.tscn" (presentation) and "GameController.gd" (control/agent) technically there should also be a data model file which there is not one yet.

but now i need to add code to particular room types on the grid and its like feck gotta refactor :blobcatnotlike:

You're thinking about it too hard. When I get a peek at naming conventions of some AAA games, there are plenty that don't make any sense or are confusing. Just make sure to keep in a handy spreadsheet the names and next to it a description of what it represents.

@alyx usually patreon devs just dump a ball of mud on the internet and then spend the next couple years grifting while muddling through updates slowly
