I don't think you understand how eating works. That candy will only leave you feeling starving and make the dieting harder to do. You need to eat actual food that fills up your stomach. Never do candy while on diet. Gram for gram, that's still gonna have a massive calorie count compared to something you'd normally eat for lunch, and your stomach still feels empty afterwords.
