Vaush the Griefter will say just about anything if he things it will bring a few more people to follow him and give him money.
The thing you should actually be concerned about is not that he says he supports pedos or whatever, but rather that he knew he wouldn't lose massive amounts of his audience. This shows that his audience are already open to the ideas "MAPs" try to promote.
