Imagine being so delusional, having lost contact with reality to such a degree, that you've convinced yourself that because you're transitioning, and you don't have a vagina, that somehow the hormone treatment gives you regular occurring diarrhea as a substitute for periods, and then you also convince yourself into believing it really is the same thing as having a period.

This.... person really isn't doing any favors to the countless activists that are desperately trying to convince people gender dysphoria isn't a mental disorder.
