Finished another doll! She was easy, I just redid her face and eyes

Her eyes scare me... but I do like the blue theme she has going for herself.
@alyx thank you, the original doll is supposed to have an icy winter theme so I went with that. There's glue and glitter on her eyelashes to hopefully look like frost
