Well... It's not unlikely. I started doing English in school, at an advanced level, from 8 years old, till 14 years old. I was probably already considered fluent at that point. After that, while I wasn't doing advanced English in high-school, the internet came in my life, so I've just been using it more and more anyway. About 90-95% of the internet content I interact with is in English.
