Yes killing commies is based and ebin but the assassination of Asanuma by Yamaguchi was the Japanese nationalists playing themselves.

Asanuma was not a member of the communist party, but the socialist one. Many of these parties dreamed of being free from the US and it’s black marine rapists. The Japanese Socialist Party was an uneasy alliance between the left (Maoists) and right wing socialists (Nationalists), barely held together by Asanuma’s charisma. When Yamaguchi assassinated him the JSP lost all their momentum from the riots that were ongoing at the time.

As awesome as that photo is, it also sentenced Japan to forever being the US’s bitch. I think many see that photo and project their own hopes onto it. Thank you for coming to my TED talk. Nigga duck.

Japan should have a right to self determination and decide how they want to run their country. This is what Asanuma and his party wanted. They did not want communism. They wanted to reinstate the emperor. Please read about the actual politics of Japan instead of getting it from your epic maymays. Or just fuck off.

@nozaki @alyx It doesnt matter if socialists claim to be nationalists too, their ideology leads to the opposite of what they claim to want.

@nozaki @alyx To hold power over your own nation you need to be strong, in order to be strong you need to reward the strong and punish the weak, socialism is the opposite of that, which leads to a weak nation that by being weak loses sovereignity.

Let’s say Wakanda was a real black enthostate that nuked two major US cities, rewrote the constitution to make them rule unconditionally, and had their soldiers raping white women all the time. Would you join hands with white socialists? Yes socialism sucks™ but wouldn’t you at least work together until you could overthrow them? Or would you just accept it because that would lead to a weak nation will lose sovereignty?
